Yuvaratna Nandamuri Balakrishna was in Los Angeles on June 8th and gladly accepted the invitation by fans to attend the "Pandurangadu" screening at Cinema City Theatre in Anaheim Hills. Chakra Cuisine screened the show with the support and guidance by Ravi Koneru.

Hundreds of NBK fans and movie lovers have attended the screening to catch a glimpse of their favorite star. The theatre management kindly obliged the request to cancel the 9.30 show of ‘Kung fu Panda’ at the same screen for an extended meet and greet event after witnessing the frenzy created by the fans after the arrival of Natasimham.

Fans went into frenzy after NBK stepped into the theatre and the excitement continued for almost an hour after the show was over. They were bowled over by the simple down to earth nature of the star who was at his jovial best and was very friendly and patient to allow photographs with the full house crowd. The crowd went crazy when NBK started to speak. He was very thankful to his fans and conveyed his best wishes to them. He also thanked Mr. Krishna Mohan, producer of Pandurangadu and director Raghavendra rao garu for giving him a chance to act in a role that will be cherished for a long time. Balakrishna conveyed his regards for the NRI’s for restoring traditional and cultural values.

For the audience, it was a treat to watch such a big star so humble and personally taking the initiative to greet and interact with older people and kids first. Mr. Balakrishna mingled and interacted with his fans at Chakra Cuisine, Irvine after the show at dinner. Mr. Murali Donthireddy welcomed and thanked the guests for attending the show.All in all it was a wonderful show amidst lot of excitement and fun.
